When will you need to set up?

On the day of your graze we will need around an hour to style the table with the serve wear and the floral artistry if these are included in your package. We then need between 1-3 hours (depending on length booked) to transform your table into a grazing heaven.

Are plates and cutlery included?

We do not supply plates, napkins or cutlery as standard, however these can be added into your package at an extra costing.

Do you supply the tables?

All tables are to be provided by the client/Venue. Tables must be provided in a cool area away from sunlight. Food on the grazing table can be left out for around 4 hours and then must be disposed of.

What needs to be done about the left-over food?

We will always try to avoid food waste but should there be any food left over after your event this will not be the responsibility of Grazing Ivy. We do however offer a removal service . we will return within 4 hours after your graze, we will clean and tidy the area making your event catering effortless.

Do you need to collect the equipment after the event?

If serve wear is hired and need to be collected after the event there will be a surcharge added to the total cost in addition to the standard travel costs. Please ask for these surcharge costings.

Will I need to compensate for travel?

We are based near Oxfordshire and travel costs are worked out on mileage from us at OX26 at 55p per mile. We do not charge for venues that are in our radius (40 minute round trip). We travel all around the country creating amazing Grazing Tables, but for certain bookings it would not make sense to travel two hours for a small graze so we take each job on a case by case basis. For jobs more than 2 hours away we may have to stay overnight if our serve wear is hired.

Will i need to pay a deposit?

A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation of order. The remaining balance will be due ten days before your event. We do not hold dates. No refunds will be given, we can offer date changes if we are told in advance.
